The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated CRM/Lifecycle Marketer to join our team at TellTail. As a CRM/Lifecycle Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective customer relationship management strategies to optimize the customer journey and drive engagement. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in lifecycle marketing to shape the way we interact with our breeders and buyers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.

The Opportunity

  • Take ownership of and effectively manage all lead capture, upgrade, and nurture strategies and campaigns.

  • Formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, implement tests in real-world scenarios, and analyze results to drive future optimization.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to develop and execute end-to-end experiences, encompassing the entire customer journey from initial engagement to repeat purchases.

  • Gain deep insights into our customer base and tailor programs to meet the specific needs and preferences of different customer segments.

  • Provide valuable support for key product launches by establishing success criteria, implementing multi-channel campaigns, and overseeing both strategic planning and execution.

  • Engage in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to ensure alignment between day-to-day operations and long-term organizational goals.

  • Embrace and foster a culture that prioritizes data-driven decision-making and performance measurement across all areas of the company.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end design, development, and management of lifecycle/product marketing programs with a track record of creating meaningful experiences that drive results.

  • Possess an exceptional grasp of customer lead nurturing strategies and methodologies, demonstrating expertise in leveraging email and cross-sell tactics to their fullest potential.

  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of diverse digital marketing strategies encompassing various channels and platforms.

  • Display exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication, particularly when engaging directly with consumers.

  • Demonstrate a naturally inquisitive nature and meticulous attention to detail, approaching tasks with a curious and investigative mindset.

  • Showcase experienced knowledge of CRM/lifecycle platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Salesforce, enabling seamless management of customer relationships.

  • Possess strong quantitative analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and insightful interpretation of key performance metrics.

  • Excel in interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

  • Thrive and adapt with ease in a fast-paced, high-growth environment characterized by rapid changes and evolving dynamics.
